Max and best pal, Joey visit Aunt Florrie in her senior low rent apartment. While there, Aunt Florrie dies. Unemployed actor Max, pink slipped from his night job and orphaned has now lost his last remaining relative and been evicted from his apartment. He wishes he could stay in Aunt Florrie's low rental apartment. Suzie and her fashionista girlfriend discuss Suzie's crush on Max, fashion, job loss, and a plain jane's wish to play a sex bomb on film. Joey concocts a gender-bending plot that enables Max to remain in Aunt Florrie's apartment.
